Any feedback on NEC Aspire or Mitel 3300 CX telephone systems for a small business? We are considering both.? We are a medium sized travel agency with approximately 15 telephone users in our office and 6 who work off-site but need to be fully connected by IP phones to our central phone system. Any feedback anyone has on strengths or weaknesses of the Mitel and NEC Aspire systems would be appreciated..

NEC XN120 telephone system. How do i programme call barring using handset ?.?

Suitable telephone system for small hotel (25 rooms)? I am looking at different proposals to install a new, basic telephone system at our hotel to replace the old one (pulse metering and dot matrix printer!). I have received 4 or 5 quotes from different telephone companies. The prices for installation of the new consoles at reception and call logging computer software range from £3700 plus VAT for a NEC XT120 system + MyCalls software, to around £6000 + VAT for a Siemens system with Callista Lite software! Like most businesses we don't want to be paying over the odds if we don't need to, but at the same time we don't want to risk getting landed with an unreliable system (I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for). I am writing in the off chance that there is someone out there who already uses the NEC system or MyCalls sofware at their business and whether they would recommend it or not?

Park and Page Feature on PABX's? I have seen a 'Park and Page' system on NEC, Nortel and Panasonic telephone systems - it's provided through a 3rd party box. Does anyone know the manufacturer

I need help with my nec electra elite pbx system.Its missing amp cards and im not sure where to find them? I need some help guys.I have installed pbx systems but they have always had their connectors.This one here that I am trying to install is a nec electra elite ipk pbx system.I opened her up and found shes missing her amp cards.I need to interface her with the pots telephone lines and the phones that go with her......Can anyone shine any light here

What is the color coding for metal trunking or conduit? Is there any International Standard (like NEC and EN and others) specify the color coding for metal trunking to identify the usage such like normal power (120/250V), high power (380/600V), emergency power, fire alarm, telephone, security, CCTV, P.A./Sound system and etc. What is code number and what are the colors? This is not my answer; I am not asking for the electric cable coloring or code code. I am asking about the metal trunking casing color, what kind of color used to paint on the metal junction box and box coverplate, so that it is easily identified the content of the cable inside the trunking. The metal trunking is usually rectangle and long sharp, normally about 2 meters per length; the width could be from 100mm to 300mm or more. Usually there orange color, brown, purple, yellow and etc, identify the contents. I need to know what is the standard code for this requirement. The answer contributed by "alpha b" is wrong, because he/she answered the color code of wire cable, NOT the trunking color code which I am asking.
