i am looking for a telephone system that can respone to a user pressing a button on the phone.?

it is similar to the telephone banking. i want to be able to answer pre determine questions and be paid for it by phone.

  1. You probably want an Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) it can be programmed to do something similar to what you want.
