What is the best IP telephone service for broadband on the market ( not talking via a computer)?

Services that you can hook into your existing telephone system in your house and use regular phones( You hook the router phone port to outside demark box and can use your existing phones to make calls via high speed VOIP. The transformer and circuitry in the router is heavy enough to power the phones). I am using Vonage this way but is there a better service out there?
