How can I connect ip phone on ipPBX?

I want to connect ip phone via internet on ipPBX. For the ip phone i have one static(public) ip address and set it to the WAN interface of the ip phone. Then i configure the ip phone with ipPBX parametars.The ipPBX is set on the another static(public) ip address. What should I do next???? I am the person who pay the bill.

1. Hi My first question is do you have permission to do this on the network of the person paying the bill. I bet not, and it would be fraud if you do it. the Ip address is the line address and not to be used it is the main connection, not for general use..
