Are there any reliable and reasonable PRI-T1 providers that will service the NYC area?

We currently have a PRI-T1 where all our domestic long distance and internataional calls are routed via IP. We pay a discounted rate for different countries, and a flat rate within the US. We are looking to replace this provider due to problems with our caller ids not appearing properly or at all, and the voice quality issues where calls are dropped or choppy. Are there any reliable and reasonable providers that will service the NYC area. We currently have the Cisco Avvid IP Phone System.
