How do i change my speed dial on a cisco ip phone 7960 series?

I have a Cisco ip phone at work and i want to change the speed dial on it, ive looked on the internet but cant seem to find anything how to delete the old ones off and put new ones on. Can anyone help me.

1. it can depend on how the phone was set up. I have the same phone but we're not using the speed dial feature. You could ask the IT dept about what features you're able to change. I'm pretty sure that Cisco's web site has the user manual available.
