Can conversation on IP phone be tapped/recorded by an administrator of Intranet network ?

IP phone is internet phone through a closed network of a bank intranet.

4. Yes it is possible and in many cases can even be a legal requirement to do so. However if it's done, any users have to informed. You need to ask your management or check your company policy about it. Even if nothing is mentioned, they can still record... it's their phone after all, especially in a closed Intranet! But if they TELL you that nothing is recorded, and you find out the contrary, then it becomes spying! and they have committed an offence. hope it helps! In any case, don't do anything in the office that you wouldn't want anyone else to know;-))) Closed Intranets are closed for a reason...
5. ip phone conversation is recorded if there is nice server installed on your site or variant logger. if you are call center employee each call will get recorded
