How to use my IP phone in international calles?

I have Cisco IP phone , and i want to call international calles "to a mobile" through it .. how can i do that ?? i live in cairo , and i want to contact someone in Bosnia , on his mobile and no international calles on it !

1. same way you called before.....011-country-code + city code and phone-number!! make sure the international call is turned on!!
