My service provider just changed(To Comcast)and now my IP phone doesn't work.How do I fix it?
The tech came out and got the computer up but the phone is still out. Everything (2 computers,Mac&Pc and the phone) is properly run through the router. What could be the problem? I also would like to add an Air port to the mix.

- Did your old service provider also provide your VOIP service? If so then you might have to contact comcast to setup a new VOIP account.
- hello, did you get cdv which is comcast digital voice , if so check on the back of the cdv unit and plug in your phone if you have dial tone great if not you need to call customer service and have them route you to ats and ask them to provision, if you wantg phone all over you house the tech should have "backfed" to your "nid" please let me know if i can help you further
