When you use your cell phone as a modem does the internet ip change every time you connect and disconnect it?

Yeah, just need to know if the internet ip address changes whenever you connect it to your computer as a modem and disconnect, and reconnect again. I know that a mobile broadband card does, but I need to know if it is the same with using a cell phone as a modem too. Any links to websites about this would also be very helpful. Thanks!

1. Its depands on ur mobile network. I think best way to know that every time ur ip changed when u connect, is check ur ip every time, there is maney websites that offer u to check ur ip. U can search what is my ip in yahoo or google search.
