Cisco Phone System

What makes the new iPhone from Apple so "revolutionary"?

I know they're in court for taking Cisco system's iPhone name, but what is so cool about this new phone?

  1. Go to Apple's site and look at the demo. Also, watch the Keynote speech by Steve Jobs. http://www.apple.com/iphone/ Keynote: http://events.apple.com.edgesuite.net/j47d52oo/event/
  2. It is purported to be the very first phone to combine a smartphone (a personal digital assistant), MP3 player and cell phone into one unit that is easy to operate. Personally, I think it's going to be a HUGE victory in Steve Jobs quest to take over the world, but I still think $600-800 is too much to pay for a phone. But I do kind of want one too, so I'm kind of a hypocrite, really...
  3. yea because if u drop it it's a piece of crap
  4. I have exactly the same question! Everybody's talking about it and stuff but I don't really see anything new here, a cell phone with mp3 player? Half of the cell phones in the market right now have that, mine has it, my brother's has it, my mom's has it. That personal assistant thing too, most cell phones have those features, besides the touchscreen (which is not a big deal actually) I don't think there's anything new, plus the LG Chocolate has a touchscreen too so yeah... not a big deal in my opinion. I'm just not feelin' the "revolution".
