Cisco Phone System

Whats this the title of this Information Technology job?

I am a System Administrator but most of the time I am finding better ways for the company to do things. Not just in IT but in all aspects of the company. For instance: We have Cisco phones, which are tied to the database, when a customer calls customer service their name and phone number appear to the agent on their monitor. I decided to take it a step further, why not have the phone run a SQL query to the database and display the customers complete profile (including past purchases and help desk tickets). I make suggestions all the time! I have changed the way the IT department communicates to the average employee since the technical speak isn't the average joe's cup of tea. There are all sorts of projects that I have changed to make them more understandable and I am always asked how to make projects work better and to express someones ideas when they can't find the correct way to explain it in common terms to everyone. I have no idea what this type of job would be called.
