Communication (Computer) question?

When someone is speaking the only way they know how... and then somebody is listening the only way they know how...who fault is it that they cant understand each other? I have a phone recording system...and the phone vendor is not sending me the info I need to start recording...but its the only way I know how to record...and its the only way they know how to send it. Whos at fault? NICE CISCO

  1. I will says that's both faults the best way to resolve this problem is to LISTEN CAREFULLY and try to get ride of your PROBLEM ..do not keep arguing that's not gonna help you at all... Be polite and try again they will help you out.. Cheers!
  2. When its just two friends attempting to communicate, its on both of you. Within the Capitalist mode, YOU are a paying customer, its their job to get you what you need, and if that is INFORMATION, so be it and like I said, its their JOB to help you. You paid good money for product, and if it doesn't work or can not be made to work with he info they gave you the first time, then they have an OBLIGATION to help you. Otherwise the gear goes back and you get your $ back. Make them aware of their obligation.
